Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Using your gift card
FAST & Female gift cards can be redeemed against clinic purchases at www.fastandfemale.co.uk by entering the unique gift card code at checkout. They cannot be redeemed on our separate FAST website and cannot be redeemed against merchandise.Validity and remaining balance
Gift cards do not expire. If your purchase costs less than your available balance, the remaining credit stays on your gift card for future purchases. If it costs more, you can pay the difference using an accepted payment method.Delivery
Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address selected at checkout. Please check that the address is correct before completing your purchase.Clinic bookings
Places are subject to availability and each clinic’s age, swimming ability and other entry requirements. Buying a gift card does not reserve a place or guarantee a particular date, venue or athlete.Payment plans
Gift cards cannot be used for subscription products or recurring payment plans.Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel an unused gift card within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@faswimtraining.co.uk with your order number. We will refund the original purchaser using the original payment method. Outside this period, gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.Bookings paid for by gift card
Our clinic booking and cancellation terms apply. Where a refund is due, the amount paid by gift card will normally be restored to that gift card. Any amount paid separately will normally be refunded to the original payment method.Keeping your code safe
Please treat your gift card code like cash. If you lose the email, contact us with proof of purchase so we can help retrieve it. Contact us promptly if you believe your code has been used without permission.Your rights and contact details
